Welcome to the Prince George Charge!

The Prince George Charge is a cooperative ministry within the United Methodist Church that brings together Newville United Methodist Church and Salem United Methodist Church. The two congregations share a pastor, as well as resources and a unified mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ. Rooted in faith, service, and community connection, the churches of the Prince George Charge work collaboratively to support worship, outreach, and spiritual growth throughout Prince George County, Virginia. Through this partnership, the Charge strengthens each church’s ministry while faithfully serving their communities with open hearts, open minds, and open doors.
