Newville United Methodist Church is a welcoming, Christ-centered congregation located in the heart of Newville, Virginia. Our rich history is an important part of who we are. The original sanctuary of Newville United Methodist Church was built in 1883, and for generations it has stood as a place of worship, fellowship, and faithful service to the community.

As part of the Prince George Charge, Newville UMC partners with Salem United Methodist Church, sharing a pastor and working together in ministry. Guided by the United Methodist motto, “Open hearts. Open minds. Open doors.” Salem United Methodist Church strives to be a place of hope, faith, and spiritual growth for generations to come.
